Montagu Private Equity, a leading private equity investor in the European mid-market, announces the successful closing of its fourth fund (Montagu IV) at
€2.5 billion.

Montagu IV has been able to attract a broad mix of investors by type and geographical mix, including increased commitments from pension funds, insurance companies and Sovereign Wealth Funds across the USA, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

Montagu is pleased to report that demand for the fund was substantially above the €2.5 billion target.
