Nico Helling joined us in February 2002. He had previously worked for the private equity arm of UBS Capital in Munich, and before that as a senior adviser in Ernst and Young's corporate finance advisory team. Nico holds a Masters in Business Administration.

Arndt von Raussendorff
Director

Arndt graduated from the European Business School, Oestrich-Winkel in 2001, after studies in France and the US. Parallel to his studies he gathered experience in private equity and leverage finance, working at UBS Capital and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. He joined Montagu Private Equity in 2002.

Jens-Philip joined us from JP Morgan where he worked in leveraged finance and M&A in both London and Frankfurt. Jens-Philip graduated from the University of Frankfurt and holds an MBA from the University of Iowa.

Oliver Zirwes
Investment Manager

Oliver joined Montagu in 2007 after graduating from WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management. During this time he studied at the Ross School of Business in Michigan and EOI Business School in Madrid. Prior to that, he gained experience in private equity and corporate finance working at Warburg Pincus and Lincoln International.

Florian Preuss

Florian joined us in November 2008 from Deutsche Bank where he worked in the corporate finance/M&A advisory team in Frankfurt. Florian completed his studies at the University of Bayreuth and the Helsinki School of Economics and holds a Masters in Business Administration.

Magdalena Kwiatkowski
Executive Assistant

Magdalena joined Montagu in May 2010, prior to which she worked for five years at HAVI Global Logistics supporting the Chief Operating Officer and President. She is based in our Düsseldorf office providing support to both the German and CEE teams. She speaks English, German and Polish.
