Claudia is a member of the Full Potential Partners team, based in London. She joined Montagu in 2017 having spent 8 years working for H.I.G. Capital focussing on growth equity, leveraged buy-out and distressed investments across Europe. Prior to this, Claudia worked for Novator Partners where she focused on private equity investments in telecommunications and technology. She began her career in the investment banking division of HSBC. Claudia holds a Master’s from the University of St Andrews, an M.Phil from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
